I started doing art in 2008, when I retired, as a way to stay occupied and productive. I’m very proud of my art. I mainly draw pictures from magazines and books. I’ve been selling my artwork so I can make extra money for myself.
My friends inspired me to pursue my artistic abilities. They were drawing and painting long before I decided to do it. This was something new to me. I never thought of myself as an artist, yet it’s something I really wanted to try. I’d never thought I can do it, but I did it and proved that I could always learn something new.
